Trello Customer Review
Overall Rating
Trello is a great app for managing businesses and projects. It’s also a great way of keeping track of time, managing budgets, and organizing tasks and activities.
Trello is one of the most popular tools out there and is being used by plenty of project managers and teams to keep things organized.
Pros of Trello
Mobile-Friendly and Great UI
Trello can be used through a laptop or on your phone. If you don’t have access to your laptop, you don’t have to miss a beat. The mobile app is easy to use and the user interface is simple and friendly.
Trello relies on cards and lists.
These are easy to view and use regardless of the platform you’re operating on.
Notifications
One of the most important things about using project management apps is getting notifications. We’ve all used similar apps that would fail to send you important notifications that made people miss deadlines or important tasks. This doesn’t happen with Trello. You’ll get notifications on the desktop version and on your phone.
Updates
Changes made to Trello are apparent immediately. You don’t have to wait a few seconds or minutes for changes to take place. Even if you want to add a new team member, all you need to do is add their email address and they’ll be part of the team instantly.
Cons of Trello
Needs Internet Access
You won’t be able to access your cards, lists, and data if you’re not connected to the Internet. While this rarely happens in the modern age, we can still find ourselves without Internet access every now and then.
Limited Storage
Trello attachments are limited in size. You’ll be limited to 10mb per upload if you’re using the free plan and about 250mb per upload if you’re using the paid plan. Small projects and ones that don’t rely on a lot of media shouldn’t have too many issues with these restrictions. Large projects, however, will find themselves restricted.
Comment Editing
There is no comment editing. If you make a comment on a card, you can’t edit it if you need to make any modifications or adjustments.
Trello
It’s easy to add people to your team and make changes on Trello. Everything happens immediately and it’s all smooth and well organized. Simply drag and drop your cards and drop them into a place-holder that you named.
Trello
Trello has a free plan and a paid plan. The paid plan gives you access to more features and it’s about $25. It’s not too expensive but the differences between plans aren’t huge unless you need to upload large files.
